Phdarts, aka HeadleyDown, and others is a permanently banned Wikipedia editor who has engaged in abusive sockpuppetry, supporting a victimological agenda. The editor displayed some knowledge of Mid-Bedfordshire in the UK.

Career

380 edits (as Phdarts), mainly on the Pederasty article, and related topics. Like many similar editors, Phdarts had a tendency to get involved in extensive arguments on talk/note pages. Phdarts' main aim was to promote a fringe point of view, claiming that Pederasty referred to modern relationships that were criminal in nature.
